This Privacy Policy explains how Amy Guzman, PLC, doing business as ayni, collects, uses, and safeguards information you share with me through this website, by email, or during an initial consultation. I treat privacy the way I would want mine treated.

When you email me, book a call, or complete a contact form, I collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, and a description of what you are working on. If you visit this site, standard server logs may record technical information like IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. I do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
How I use information
I use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether a potential engagement is a good fit, schedule meetings, and communicate about services you have requested. I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the practice (for example, a calendar or email provider) or when required by law.
Confidentiality before engagement
Initial consultations are exploratory. Communication before I have a signed engagement letter does not create an attorney-client relationship, and I recommend that you avoid sharing sensitive confidential information until an engagement is in place.
Data retention and security
Submissions sent through the contact form on this site are automatically removed after 12 months. Engagement and matter records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, comply with legal and professional obligations, and resolve disputes. I use reputable, security-focused vendors and follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information under my control.
Your rights
